Delete account

Mobile Application name: Freeme

There are two ways you can delete your Freeme account. Both methods will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Your request will be processed within 7 working days. No data associated to you or your account will be kept or retained.


Method 1: In app

  • Launch the Freeme mobile app

  • Select 'profile' on the bottom navigation bar

  • Select 'My account'

  • Select 'Delete account' and enter login details

  • Select 'Delete account'


Method 2: Email

Email 'support@freemehealth.com' from the email address associated with your account and request your account to be deleted.
