Freeme Circle
Weekly live calls with our coaches
An ongoing membership for people who want to go deeper. One live group call every week with our coaches Grace and Zara, alongside others on the same journey to recovery.
Why join the Circle?
The app gives you the tools. The Circle adds the people - a coach who knows the way, and a group walking it with you.
Do the deeper work
Some subjects are hard to open up on your own. On the calls we go into the deeper topics - the ones with the biggest long-term benefit - gently, and with a coach guiding the way.
Real human interaction
The app is great, but sometimes it takes another person. Our coaches often notice things you can't see in yourself, and that moment of being properly seen can shift a lot.
A community that gets it
Be on calls with other people on the journey to recovery too. There's real relief in not having to explain yourself - everyone in the Circle understands.
How a session runs
Calls are relaxed and friendly. Cameras can stay off if that's more comfortable - come exactly as you are.
- 1
First 5 minutes
Welcome and hellos
A gentle start - say hello, settle in and land in the group.
- 2
Next 10 minutes
A short teach
Your coach takes one topic that matters to recovery and explains it in plain language.
- 3
Next 10 minutes
Putting it into practice
A practical exercise - sometimes together as a group - so it never stays theory.
- 4
The rest of the call
Open Q&A
Ask anything. This is most of the call, and it's where the deeper work tends to happen.
Your coaches
Grace and Zara lead the Circle, alternating week by week, so you get to know them both.

Grace Secker
LPC, C-IAYT
Freeme coach
Grace Secker is a nervous system coach and somatic trauma therapist specializing in ME/CFS, Long Covid and chronic pain. She understands how nervous system patterns drive physical symptoms - both professionally and personally, having recovered from years of debilitating fatigue and pain herself. Since then, she has helped people around the world return to full health.

Zara Dureno
BA, MOT
Freeme coach
Zara is an ME/CFS and Long Covid specialist, Occupational Therapist, and Neuro-Coach. After fully recovering from 10 years of ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia, she now teaches the exact approaches that supported her healing - including Nervous System Regulation, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Through this work, she has helped thousands of people reclaim their lives.
The practical bits
One live call every week
A fixed weekly slot, so it's easy to build into your routine. As the Circle grows, we'll add more times.
Grace and Zara alternate
Your coaches take turns leading the calls, so you get both of their styles and experience.
Cancel any time
Your membership renews monthly. Cancel whenever you like and you'll keep access to the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments aren't refundable.
No recordings - and that's deliberate
Most of each call is open Q&A, and we don't record it. That's what makes the Circle a safe place to speak freely - what's said on the call stays on the call.
Membership
One simple monthly membership. No tiers, no contracts, no minimum stay.
- A live group call with a coach every week
- The deeper work, guided by Grace and Zara
- A community on the same journey as you
- Cancel any time - access to the end of your billing period
The Circle isn't taking new members just yet - membership is expected to open in September 2026.
Questions, answered
What if I can't make a week?
That's completely fine - life and symptoms both happen. Every call stands on its own, so there's nothing to fall behind on. Just come back the next week.
Are the calls recorded?
No. Most of each call is Q&A and we don't record those, so everyone can speak freely. The calls are a private space, not content - it's one of the things members value most.
Do I need a Freeme premium subscription?
No. The Circle is separate from the app's premium subscription - you can have either, or both. You will want the free Freeme app though, as that's where your call details and reminders live.
Do I have to speak or be on camera?
Not at all. Plenty of people keep their camera off and simply listen. You're welcome exactly as you are, on the days you have energy and the days you don't.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in a couple of taps - in the Freeme app go to Profile, then Account, then Manage subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is there a refund policy?
Circle payments aren't refundable, but because it's a monthly membership you can cancel any time and you won't be charged again. Your access always runs to the end of what you've paid for.
